Kenny had his end of the year celebration with his friends from school (delayed on week due to being grounded). The plan was to order pizza and hang out. It was to be his first boy/girl party. He had invited 4 girls and only two where able to come. Gabby was at a camp and Kendra was at the cottage. Sarah and Natalie where expected. Sarah was here first. When we had not seen Natalie by 6:15 we called and she said she was not coming. Poor Sarah. I said to Sarah that if the boys drive you nuts you could call home to have your Mom pick you up. She was ready to go home. I can't blame her. The boys where all wound up and running around, making noise and play fighting with swords. I would want to go to. Actually I would have if I could have. She called her Mom who of course was not home. Her Mom did show up about 20 minutes later to save her and you have never seen a kid run so fast out the door. I don't think her feet hit the deck.
The boys, of course, partied on without her. They swam in the pool which is only as high as their waists, jumped on the trampoleen, had a water gun fight and played a game where someone is murdered and you have to guess who did it by asking questions. Kenny had found the game in his boys survival book. Oh, and they ate. We had ordered some pizzas and garlic bread and I made a fruit tray and Kenny made the dip. They had a hoot.
The one thing I forgot was that I caught two of the boys trying to moon Nicole and her friends. Nicole was holding the camera waiting to take a picture. Boys.
Kenny, Branden, Kyle, Brett, Baliegh, Austin had a nice night.
